All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in selected locations only

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and we will assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
